
Havoc season comes to an end

HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Florida Seals jumped out to a 4-1 lead after two periods and held on for a 5-3 win over the Huntsville Havoc Sunday afternoon. The Seals advance to the SPHL finals to face the Knoxville Ice Bears.
John Gurskis scored two goals including an empty net goal with :30 seconds left to seal the win. Justin Keller, Craig Miller and Nick Cammarata also scored for Florida.
Jason deGuehery, Jeff Dams and Luke Phillips all scored power play goals for the Havoc, who out shot Florida 38-26.
Terry Denike made 35 saves to get the win.
