
Harrisburg Senators Open Work out Wednesday Evening

HARRISBURG, PA - On Wednesday, April 6, the Harrisburg Senators will open the ballpark for the first time for the fans to catch a first glimpse of the team in action at FNB Field. The ballpark will be open from 4:00 p.m. until approximately 7:00 p.m. and will feature a workout by the 2016 Harrisburg Senators. The workout is free to attend. The Senators begin the season on the road on Thursday, April 7 in Altoona.
On top of checking out the 2016 squad for the first time, there will be fun to be had around the ballpark. Harrisburg mascots Rascal and Steve the Monkey will be available for a photo session. The Kid's Zone will be operational for youngsters. The Rally Galley in left field will be open with a limited menu for fans to satisfy their hunger pangs while watching the team workout. The Senators Team Store will also be open while the ballpark is open.
The 2016 home opener is Thursday, April 14th against the Reading Fightin Phils. The Senators box office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available via telephone during the same hours as the box office hours.
