Ha, 20, has started in four games for the Trail Blazers this season. The Trail Blazers' second round selection (46th overall) in the 2004 NBA Draft is averaging 1.6 points and 2.0 rebounds in 70 games.
First place Fort Worth (26-16), is the Development League affiliate of Portland, Dallas, Golden State and the L.A. Lakers.
