Flyers On the Road to Begin Playoffs

FORT WORTH, Texas, April 16, 2007 - The Fort Worth Flyers will face the Sioux Falls Skyforce in their first 2007 playoff game at 7:00 p.m. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This will be the third match-up between the two teams in the last week and the sixth time they will meet this year. The Flyers went 3-2 against the Skyforce in the regular season.

The Flyers lost to Sioux Falls on Friday night 93-101 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Damone Brown led Sioux Falls to their victory with 31 points. Flyers guard Curtis Stinson led the team with 22 points. On Saturday, the Flyers defeated the Skyforce 116-99 in front of more than 2,000 fans. Fort Worth Forward Chris Copeland led the team with 21 points while Sioux Falls Guard Robert Hite had 20.

The winner of Tuesday night's game will go on to face the Dakota Wizards in the second round of the playoffs. The game will be held at the Bismark Civic Center in Bismark, North Dakota on Saturday April 21st.
