Georgia Gwizzlies News Release
The American Basketball League Macon,Georgia Gwizzlies have signed 6"9 Roy Patrick Binion,6"8 A.J. Stallworth, 6"9 Xavier Morton for the remaining of the season.
The new signees will be in uniform at the team home opener on November 24 at the Macon Centreplex against the Orlando Acres."Mike Toth,Chad Thomas,James Webb,Stuart Mitchell,Brian Festog,Mike Davis,Behdad Sami and Charlie Ludwig are still my guys,but we need help to stop the bleeding" states owner Embry Malone.
Last nite the Gwizzlies lost it's season opener to the Houston Takers at their venue 131-100. Potential ABA All-Star Toth scored 30 points for the Gwizzlies.Tonite the team will play the West Texas Whirlwinds in Midland,Texas.
