
Gwinnett, Florida, Ontario In Sweet 16 Of Hockey News Logo Tournament

The ECHL advanced three teams to the Round of 16 in The Hockey News' Ultimate Logo
Tournament.
Only the National Hockey League advanced more teams in the tournament which
began with almost 150 teams from 16 different leagues. College hockey has
two representatives and junior hockey has three teams.
The Florida Everblades are facing off against the Pittsburgh Penguins of
the NHL while the Ontario Reign are pitted against the Minnesota Wild of
the NHL. The two would go head-to-head in the second round if they both
advance.
The Gwinnett Gladiators meet Rimouski of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey
League in the first round. If the Gladiators advance they would face the
winner of the Chicago Blackhawks and the San Jose Sharks of the NHL.
Fans can click here to cast their vote for their favorite logo in the single-elimination bracket until 8:35 a.m. ET on Sept. 15.
