Gwinnett Braves Homestand Highlights for April 24-26

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. - The Gwinnett Braves return home to Coolray Field for a three-game series against the Charlotte Knights from Tuesday, April 24 through Thursday, April 26. All three games start at 7:05 PM.

The G-Braves will once again welcome Atlanta Braves' right-hander Tim Hudson to the mound on Tuesday, April 24 as he makes another rehab start against the Knights. The 36-year-old Hudson made his first appearance with Gwinnett since 2009 on April 18 and was brilliant, pitching 5.0 innings and allowing only an unearned run on two hits in a 4-1 win over Norfolk. "Huddy's" outing was one of the many highlights on the season-opening homestand that saw the first-place G-Braves go 7-1.

The upcoming three-game series features a "2-for-1 Tuesday", a "Winning Wednesday" presented by Georgia Lottery, a "$3 Thursday" and one very special appearance by "Mr. Belding" from television's Saved by the Bell, Dennis Haskins.
