Group Tickets Now Available for Five Home Games

HERSHEY – The HERSHEY Bears announced today that Groups may now purchase tickets for five confirmed 2002-2003 home dates at GIANT Center. Group leaders have the early option to reserve single game seats, which do not go on sale to the general public until September. Season tickets for the 2002-2003 campaign are also still on sale.

The American Hockey League has informed the Bears that the club, which is celebrating its 65th anniversary season in 2002-2003, will be playing at GIANT Center on the following nights. (Note: these are not necessary the first five home dates and the Bears do not know their opponent for these games. The Bears will release their complete schedule later in the summer).

***Bears' Home Opener at GIANT Center ###Thanksgiving Eve

A group purchase consists of 15 or more tickets. For the team's GIANT Center home opener on October 19, which will be the first-ever event at the brand-new facility, the Bears are only accepting group purchases of 50 tickets or more at the $13.95 price in the 200 Level.
