Greenville Grrrowl Urge Fans To Get Cup "Cheesy"

GREENVILLE â The East Coast Hockey League's Greenville Grrrowl will open the 2002 Kelly Cup Finals this Friday at home versus the Dayton Bombers. The Grrrowl are asking fans to stop by their local BI-LO store and purchase a box of macaroni & cheese then bring it to Friday's game to use as a noise maker.
Fans who show a box of macaroni & cheese at the box office will also receive a $1.50 discount on a ticket to Friday's game. After the game, fans can drop off their boxes of macaroni & cheese which will be donated to the Community Food Bank of the Piedmont.
Kraft will also donate one-thousand boxes of macaroni & cheese for Friday's game and the Kraft Dinosaur will be in attendance.
Grrrowl tickets are on sale at the BI-LO Center box office which is open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. weekdays and during all building events. Tickets are also available by calling 864-233-2525 or 864-576-1550 and online at ticketmaster.com.
All Grrrowl playoff games, and "The Grrrowl Hour" Mondays at 7 p.m., are broadcast live on NewsRadio 1330 & 950 WORD-AM and at grrrowl.com.
