Green Bay Blizzard Announce Training Camp Dates

Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Blizzard will open training camp Saturday, February 1 at Synergy Fields (807 Parkview Road, Green Bay) in preparation for the 2014 Indoor Football League season.

"The excitement for this season is like a whole new legacy has been born with the Blizzard as there is new direction of the team, new owners, new coaches, a majority of new players, all fit to a specific dynamic based on personalities that is ideal for representing the city of Green Bay," said Head Coach Chad Baldwin.

Players report on Thursday, January 30th for team meetings and physicals at Aurora BayCare Medical Center ( 2845 Greenbrier Rd, Green Bay, ) with the first practice starting at 8:00 P.M February 1st at Synergy Fields.

The training camp roster consists of 40 players, who will compete for 24 spots on the opening roster. Final rosters will be submitted to the League office by midnight February 20.

Three days of training camp practice (Feb. 3 through Feb. 5) will take place inside the Brown County Arena.

Training camp is free and open to the public to view.
