
Gotham FC Provides Roster Update

HARRISON, NJ - As NJ/NY Gotham FC returns home from preseason training camp at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., the club today provided the following update in advance of the National Women's Soccer League deadline to announce the 32-player roster by March 6.
2023 Gotham FC Preseason Roster (29 players)
Goalkeepers (4): Michelle Betos, Hensley Hancuff (NYR/Loan), Abby Smith, Mandy Haught
Defenders (10): Bruninha (INTL), Imani Dorsey, Kristen Edmonds, Sabrina Flores, Mandy Freeman, Ellie Jean, Ali Krieger, Nealy Martin, Kelley O'Hara, Taylor Smith
*Note: Gotham FC has waived the rights to 2023 NWSL Draft pick Iliana Hocking.
Midfielders (10): Nahomi Kawasumi (INTL), Allie Long, Kristie Mewis, Victoria Pickett, Yazmeen Ryan, Delanie Sheehan, *Taryn Torres (SEI), McCall Zerboni, Sinead Farrelly (NRI), Ashlyn Puerta U18 trialist (NRI)
*Note: Midfielder Taryn Torres suffered a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament injury and will undergo surgery.
