Gorillas single game tickets go on sale Wednesday

Amarillo, TX 9/30/08 - As the countdown to the start of the season progresses, the Amarillo Gorillas will make single game tickets available Wednesday, October 1.
Tickets will also be available for the Gorillas' lone home pre-season game October 10 against New Mexico.
The Gorillas will play host to 13 Central Hockey League opponents during the 2008-09 season. Their first regular season home game will take place October 18 against New Mexico. The game against the Scorpions will kick off an eight game home stand for the Gorillas, as the team will grace the rink at the Amarillo Civic Center from the late part of October through the early portion of November.
"Gorillas games this season will bring more excitement than ever before," said Gorillas Owner Randy Sanders. "All 32 home games will provide a level of family entertainment that will keep everyone in Amarillo on the edge of their seats."
Tickets for 31 of the 32 home games will be available beginning Wednesday (tickets will not be available to the public for the Kid's Day Game against Odessa). Single game prices start at just $13 for Silver level tickets. Black level tickets will be $18 for single game sales, while Red level tickets will be $20. There are a select few Gold level tickets (VIP glass) still available for single game purchase at $24.
Gorilla Pit box seats, or Green level tickets, are exclusive to season ticket holders only and will not be available for single game sales.
All single game tickets are subject to a $2 convenience charge. For more information, a schedule of home games in 2008-09, and for available seating in the Amarillo Civic Center, fans can contact the Gorillas ticketing office at (806) 242-PUCK (7825).
