Gorillas Season Ticket Holder Party tomorrow

AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League (CHL) will be holding a Season Ticket Holder Party tomorrow evening (Thursday Oct. 19th), which will allow season ticket holders the opportunity to meet the 2006-07 Gorillas before anyone else. The event will be held at the North Concourse within the Amarillo Civic Center and will begin promptly at 7 P.M. The party will be catered by Fazoli's and Aquaone. Season ticket holders will have the chance to not only meet the entire 2006-07 Gorillas team but they will also have the chance to pick up their season tickets for the 2006-07 season. All local media are invited and encouraged to attend as an opportunity to meet the team before Opening Night on Saturday October 21st when the Gorillas welcome the New Mexico Scorpions.

The Gorillas would also like to announce a programming change for Opening Night. In an effort to enhance the excitement surrounding the Gorillas' home opener, the Opening Night radio broadcast has been moved from 1010 AM The Canyon to 99.7 FM The Party. 1010 AM The Canyon will still carry Gorillas hockey throughout the rest of the season but for Opening Night it will be a Gorillas Home Opener Party on The Party! The Apartment Guide Gorillas pre-game show will get underway at 6:45 and the opening face off will come shortly after 7 P.M. So be sure to catch the Home Opener Party this Saturday evening on 99.7 FM The Party!

Season ticket packages and corporate partnerships for the 2006-2007 season are available now! Individual game tickets, once they go on sale, can be purchased at the Gorillas Hockey Office, located at 1934 Civic Circle off of I-40 and Georgia, the Civic Center Box Office and all Panhandle Ticket Outlets. These include Randy's Music Mart, the West Texas Event Center in Canyon and United Supermarkets. Tickets can also be charged by phone at (806) 378-3096 or (806) 242-PUCK (7825).
