
Gorillas Join CHLTV Family this Season

AMARILLO, TX â Hockey fans will have another great way to follow their beloved Amarillo Gorillas this season All of the Gorillas home games this season as well as selected away contest will be aired live on CHLTV (www.chltv.com), which brings live video and audio action to high-speed internet users across the world. The pay-per-view service utilizes live video and audio streaming from CHL arenas, and is broadcast directly onto home computers using the Real Audio player.
The next Gorillas game to be aired on CHLTV will be Saturday, November 1 when Amarillo hosts the expansion Colorado Eagles at 7 p.m at The Jungle in the Amarillo Civic Center.
"The Amarillo Gorillas are delighted to be part of the CHLTV family this season," said Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Denis J. Puska. "Our fans and families across North America will be able to view the action and see how wonderful and exciting the Amarillo Civic Center is to play hockey in."
Last year the Central Hockey League, in conjunction with Infinity Pro Sports and EyeCentric Media, broadcast 40 CHL games, including the President's Cup - clinching Game 5 victory by the Memphis RiverKings over the Austin Ice Bats in double overtime. Infinity and EyeCentric have now formed the Live Sports Network, which will carry approximately 200 CHL games this season. A much more comprehensive game schedule will be featured this year, beginning tonight.
