May 24, 2022 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Indy Eleven News Release
INDIANAPOLIS - Indy Eleven announced today that goalkeeper Elliot Panicco has been recalled by Major League Soccer side Nashville SC from his loan with Indiana's Team, effective immediately.
Panicco ends his stint with the Boys in Blue after starting all 10 of the squad's USL Championship regular season matches to date in 2022. The native of Paducah, Ky., registered an even 1.00 goals against average and notched two shutouts while collecting a 5W-3L-2D record in goal.
"Over the last couple of months Elliot Panicco proved his status as one of the USL Championship's top goalkeepers," said Indy Eleven Head Coach Mark Lowry. "We thank Elliot for his efforts on behalf of Indy Eleven and wish him the best of luck as he returns to Nashville."
Indy Eleven continues its USL Championship campaign this Saturday, May 28, with the renewal of its annual Racing Indy Game at Carroll Stadium. Fans are encouraged to make it a full day in downtown Indy, as the special 4:00 p.m. ET kickoff will allow patrons to experience both the 500 Festival Parade (starting at noon) and the Eleven's special afternoon contest against New Mexico United to follow. Full details surrounding the Racing Indy Game - including a limited-edition Indy Eleven/IMS jersey and scarf for purchase - and future promotional dates at Carroll Stadium can be found at indyeleven.com/promotions.
Tickets for next Saturday's matinee match - and all Indy Eleven regular season contests - are available starting at just $15 and can be purchased online at indyeleven.com/tickets. Fans who cannot make it to The Mike can follow the action on MyINDY-TV 23, Exitos Radio 94.3 FM/exitos943.com, and the @IndyElevenLive Twitter feed, presented by Central Indiana Honda Dealers.
