Georgia Force's final home game moved to Saturday night

ATLANTA, GA. – The Georgia Force announced today that their final home game of the 2004 regular season against the Carolina Cobras has been moved up a day to Saturday, May 29th at 7:00 p.m. in the Arena at Gwinnett Center.

All tickets purchased for the Force-Cobras game dated May 30th will be valid and honored for the rescheduled date of Saturday, May 29th. For more information regarding tickets, call (770) 813-7610.

"Our fans responded well to our one Saturday night game earlier this season in attendance and in creating a great home field atmosphere," said Force General Manager Eddie Rockwell. "In making this decision, we surveyed our season ticket holders because it was important for us to make them a part of this process. For them, an opportunity to have another Saturday night game combined with all the other activities involved with their Memorial Day weekend helped make this decision."

The Georgia Force head out for their last road game of the season when they travel to New Orleans to face the Southern Division leading VooDoo on Saturday, May 15th in the New Orleans Arena at 8:00 p.m. A network-TV sport, the AFL celebrates its 2nd season on NBC in 2004.
