February 21, 2008 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I)
Georgia Force News Release

FLOWERY BRANCH, GA- The Georgia Force took part in their final two-a-day of training camp today. The team also hosted season ticket holders during the afternoon practice as they were able to watch practice and interact with the players and coaches.

In the morning, the team worked on kickoff coverage before beginning position drills. The defensive backs and the wide receivers competed hard against each other in one-on-one and three-on-three drills. While the skill players were at one end of the field, the offensive and defensive linemen were in some highly contested battles at the other end. Early on in team drills, DE Jermaine Smith tackled FB Keith Belton for a loss of five yards, but the offense managed to rebound. QB Chris Greisen connected on two touchdown passes in the session, one to WR Fred Coleman and the other to WR Willis Marshall.

Once the fans entered the practice facility, Offensive Coordinator Jim Kubiak welcomed the fans with a brief statement and then they were able to view practice. Following a touchdown from Greisen to WR Brent Holmes, the defense seemed to pick-up their intensity. DB Stephen Cason recorded an interception, and DBs David Crocker and Willie Gary provided hard hits to the ball carriers. Following practice, fans were able to take pictures and get autographs of their favorite Force players and coaches.
