
Gems Give Thanks With $5 Tickets

At the time of year where everyone begins to think about family and friends, and what they want on their gift list, the Dayton Gems Hockey team is giving thanks to their fans by awarding them a $5 ticket with an canned food donation for area food banks.
The Dayton Gems Hockey team, who play at Hara Arena, are asking the community to help out families in need with food and non-perishables the week of Thanksgiving.
The Gems, who support The Foodbank, St Vincent de Paul, and St Paul Methodist food pantries, will be accepting donations at all three games the week of Thanksgiving: Sunday, Nov 22, Wednesday Nov 25, and Friday Nov 27. With a food donation, or non-perishable such as soap, shampoo, or toiletry item, all tickets for the Gems games are only $5!!
Sunday the Gems play at 5:00pm against Flint, Wednesday at 7:00pm against Bloomington, and then again Friday at 7:30pm the Generals will try todefeatthe Gems. Show your support of the Dayton community by feeding families in need and catch the most exciting hockey ever in Dayton! All games are played at Hara Arena, 1001 Shiloh Springs Rd, Dayton OH 45415.
