Game Preview: Gens Aim to Keep Their Season Alive Tonight at Home against 67's in Game 4 at 7:05pm

The Generals hit the ice tonight for their second home game of the series at the Tribute Communities Centre as they take on the Ottawa 67's in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. While the team has had a tough start to the series after falling down 3-0 to Ottawa, the Gens will look to stay alive tonight and come up with a big win at home to get back into the series.

Coming into tonight's game, the Gens have been outscored by Ottawa 18-8 so far in the series. With the 67's offensive threats posing a problem for Oshawa, the Gens will need to find a way to limit Ottawa's chances and keep their zone time to a minimum. On the flip side, the Gens struggled to get their own offense going in Game 3. With their season on the line tonight, Oshawa will need to find a way to get their offense rolling in Game 4 and hold off the surging 67's.

A big factor on the back end for Oshawa is goaltender Kyle Keyser, who has been one of the most important Gens players so far in the playoffs. The net minder held the leading goals-against average and save percentage of all goalies in the post-season coming into the Eastern Conference Finals. While it's been a tough start to this series defensively, look for Keyser to be a key piece for Oshawa to shut down the 67's tonight.

Two leaders up front for the Generals in this series have been Allan McShane and Brandon Saigeon. McShane has been on a tear in the third round with 6 points so far in the 3 games played. Saigeon has also been finding the scoresheet in the opening games of the series with 3 goals in Games 1 and 2 combined. Keep an eye on each forward tonight as they put it all on the line to find the back of the net in Game 4.
