Regina Pats News Release
Prince Albert Raiders @ Regina Pats

Head to Head
This is the fifth of 6 games between the Pats and the Raiders. The blue and white hold a 2-1-1-0 record against the folks from "Hockeytown North". The last time they hooked up was in the first game played at the Brandt Centre, and it was the Pats cruising to the 6-2 win. Jordan Eberle and Hampus Gustafsson each had a pair of goals, while Garrett Mitchell racked up 3 assists.
The two met a couple of times within a 10 day span in late October with the Raiders winning both. In their last meeting, the Raiders skated to a 4-1 win over the Pats, with the story coming between the pipes for the Raiders as Garrett Zemlak won his 8th in a row at home with a 41 save showing. 10 days before that, the Pats dominated most of the hockey game, but let slip away a 3-2 loss in overtime. Jordan Eberle and Colten Teubert scored the goals for the Pats, but the story of the game was the play of Garrett Zemlak, who kicked away 34 of 36 shots.
The first game on September 30th and it turned out to be a great return for Jordan Eberle to the Pats line-up. He combined with Jordan Weal and Brett Leffler for 6 goals and 11 points in a 9-3 win. Damien Ketlo was solid with a 30 save performance for his first win of the season.

Last Action:
It was too little too late for the Pats last night against the Brandon Wheat Kings. The "Wheatties" staked themselves to a 6-0 lead halfway through the second, when the Pats scored 4 straight times, only to lose 6-4. Jordan Eberle had yet another fantastic night with a hat trick (2 goals shorthanded), while Hampus Gustafsson added a single.
A Solid November:
After starting the first 6 weeks of the season 6-9-2-0, the Pats broke out in November with a stellar 9-4-1-0 record including picking up 5 wins in 6 home starts.
Eberle topping the charts: Jordan Eberle is currently the Pats active leader in goals with 131 for his Pat career. This puts him into the top 20 all time and pushes Brian Varga (78-81) and is 3 back of Dirk Graham (75-79) 3 away from climbing into the top ten. Eberle's 257 points pushes him past Gerry Minor (74-78) and is 1 point back of Mike Wanchuk (71-74).
Next Action:
The Pats will take to the ice tomorrow night for another East Division tilt with the Prince Albert Raiders. It's K-9's birthday with mascot hockey during the 1st intermission brought to you by Northgate Mall. It's a 6pm puck drop, a 5:35 pre-game show on 620 CKRM.
