Game Night in Tulsa

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Allen Americans fresh off a 6-4 win last night in St Charles, continue the road trip tonight against the Tulsa Oilers in Oklahoma. Puck drop at the BOK Center is set for 7:30 pm.

This will be the first meeting of the season between the two clubs; it also marks the first meeting between Todd Robinson and his old team. Robinson scored the biggest goal in Allen Americans history to date with his Game 7 overtime winner to lift Allen to their first CHL title.

The Americans made a roster move today signing defenseman Dallas Ehrhardt to a CHL contract.

Ehrhardt played one professional game this season, with Evansville of the ECHL.

The native of Calgary, Alberta played his junior hockey in the Western Hockey League most recently with the Prince George Cougars. He is a big defenseman, at 6"4, 225 pounds. With this move the Americans waived forward Charles Lachance. The team also put defenseman Trevor Hendrikx on the 7 day injured reserve list.

Darryl Bootland continues to be red hot for Allen scoring three goals, in his first three games this season. Bootland got off to a fast start last season as well leading the charge in the Americans early success in 2012-2013.
