Game Day Preview: Game 15 vs Portland

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers look to continue their success at home as they welcome the Portland Winterhawks tonight at Co-op Place.

The Tigers are coming off back to back wins Friday & Saturday over Edmonton & Seattle while Portland will continue a season long nine game road trip that spans them through the BC Division and six straight games in the Central. In game four of the swing through Alberta & Saskatchewan, the Winterhawks have yet to pick up a single point despite their ranking of 4th overall in the CHL.

Medicine Hat sits atop the Central heading into action with a record of 9-4-1 while the Winterhawks are 2nd in the US Division at 8-4.

The Tigers game tonight starts a stretch of four games in five nights which will continue at home Friday against the Lethbridge Hurricanes, concluding the homestand Saturday against the Everett Silvertips before heading to Edmonton on Sunday.

A reminder that the 50/50 pot that went unclaimed at the Saturday, October 28 game against Seattle will be carried over to the game against Portland tonight.
