As the calendar turns to October, Louisville City FC will enter the home stretch of its season Saturday when kicking off at 8:30 p.m. ET against Rio Grande Valley FC at H-E-B Park in Edinburg, Texas.
LouCity (19-6-6, 63 points) remains atop the Eastern Conference standings with three games to go. But Memphis 901 FC - which rallied to defeat City last weekend - sits just two points back with a game in hand.
RGV FC (12-12-6, 42 points) holds seventh place on the Western Conference table, the final playoff position.
With a victory, LouCity would both reach its first-ever 20-win season and record point total, surpassing the 63 points its most-recent championship squad earned in 2018.
Saturday's game will air locally on My58 TV and ESPN Louisville's 680/105.7. Fans can also stream the action through the WDRB Now app or via ESPN+.
