January 5, 2024 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Anchorage Wolverines News Release
The Anchorage Wolverines take on the Minnesota Wilderness for the first time since October
It's GAME DAY in Cloquet, MN where the Anchorage Wolverines prepare to face off against number two seed, the Minnesota Wilderness. The two game series begins tonight with a 4:15pm AKST puck drop.
The two teams have seen each other twice this season and have a 1-1 record. The Wilderness have sat at the top of the Midwest Division for the majority of the season, until last weekend when the Janesville Jets stole the series and stole the number one position.
The Wilderness now sit with a two game losing streak in second place in the Midwest Division, with 33 games played, 19 wins and 11 losses.
The Wolverines trail with 28 games played, 16 wins and 8 losses. A win tonight would push the Wolverines into third place in the Midwest Division, surpassing the Wisconsin Windigo.
