Game Cancelled, Doubleheader Set for Saturday

Friday night's game between the Fort Worth Cats and Abilene Prairie Dogs have been rained out and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 25 at LaGrave Field. The doubleheader will begin at 6:05 and will feature a pair of seven-inning games. Fans with a ticket to the cancelled game can exchange their ticket for any remaining home regular season game.
The Cats will begin a four-game series with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings beginning Monday night at 7:05. It is Police/Firefighters Night at LaGrave Field Monday night, as the Cats' staff will honor local police and firefighters all evening long. Tickets can be purchased online at FWCats.com or by phone at (817)332-CATS.
There will also be a softball game between the police and firefighters beginning at 5:30 before the game. Fans are invited to arrive early to show their support.
