
G-Braves and Stars Rained Out Again

Mississippi Braves News Release
GREENVILLE, SC - For a second straight day the Greenville Braves and Huntsville Stars have been rained out at Greenville Municipal Stadium. Thursday's scheduled Southern League doubleheader will not be made up as the games were to be the final meetings between the clubs in the first half.
The Braves now hit the road for a four-game series at Orlando beginning Friday at 7:05pm. Righthander Bubba Nelson (3-3) will pitch for Greenville at Disney's Wide World of Sports. The G-Braves next return home on Tuesday, May 27th, to host the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx in the opener of a four-game series and homestand.
Friday night's game at Orlando will be broadcast live on WCCP-FM (104.9) and over the internet (gbraves.com) commencing with the First Citizens Bank Clubhouse Show at 6:45pm EDT.
