May 22, 2003 - Southern League (SL1)
Orlando Rays News Release
Thursday's game between the Orlando Rays and Carolina Mudcats was cancelled due to day-long rain at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, NC.
The cancelled game will not be rescheduled as the contest was the final regular season meeting between the two teams. By virtue of Orlando's 11-6 win on Wednesday the Rays win the regular season series with the league-leading Mudcats 4-3.
Orlando returns home to take on the Greenville Braves in a four-game series starting Friday at 7:05 p.m. at Cracker Jack Stadium.
