Odessa Jackalopes News Release

(Odessa, TX) - Odessa Jackalopes General Manager Joe Clark announced on Tuesday the resignation of Harold Fuller, the team's President of Business Development, effective October 28th. Fuller is resigning to pursue other career opportunities.

"Harold has been a big part of the organization from day one," said Clark. "He's done a lot for the Jackalopes, and he will be missed. We would prefer not to lose employees this close to the start of the season, but we wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors."

Fuller, who also works for the Midland Rockhounds, will continue to work for the Double-A baseball team, and will be involved with the professional soccer club heading to Midland beginning next year.

"I would like to thank the owners of the Jackalopes for the opportunities for professional and personal development," said Fuller. "I have enjoyed working for the Jackalopes for the past 12 years, and I will miss being around this hockey organization."

Clark also announced that Bill Levy has been promoted to Assistant General Manager, and take over Fuller's corporate responsibilities. Lesa Foster has also been named Office Manager.

"Bill has so much experience in this industry, and he's already proven to be a tremendous asset to the Jackalopes' organization," said Clark. "He will have big shoes to fill in taking over for Harold, but I know it's just a matter of time before the transition is complete."

The Odessa Jackalopes are the Central Hockey League affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders and the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The team will begin its 12th season on October 17th against the defending champion Arizona Sundogs, and play it's home opener on Halloween against the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. Season tickets, mini-plans, and single game tickets are available by calling (432) 552-PUCK or visiting jackalopes.org.
