Frostbite once again Team up with WCKM

GLENS FALLS, NY - The Adirondack Frostbite, proud members of the United Hockey League, announced today that the team has once again signed a partnership with Entertronics Inc. for broadcasts of the team's games.

All 76 regular season games, and all playoff contests, will air on WCKM 98.5 FM with the new Voice of the Frostbite, Joe Babik, providing all of the play-by-play action.

In addition to the game broadcasts, WCKM will also air the weekly "In the Box" Show each Monday night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Davidson's. The show is hosted by WCKM morning personality, and Frostbite PA announcer, Dan Miner. Dan is joined on the show each week by Frostbite General Manager and Head Coach Marc Potvin, Frostbite Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Joe Babik, and a different Frostbite player each week. The first show airs on Monday, October 24.

"We are very excited to once again partner with Entertronics," Frostbite Assistant General Manager Amy Apicerno said. "We have a great history working with them, and we look forward to the upcoming season."

"Entertronics and WCKM are pleased to once again enter into an agreement with the Frostbite," Miner said. "We have had a great relationship with the team for the past six years, and we expect this year to be no different."

Adirondack opens the 2005-06 regular season on Friday, October 21, with a road date at Richmond. The Frostbite open the home portion of the schedule on Saturday, October 22, also against the RiverDogs, with face-off set for 7:35 p.m. at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
