Vermont Frost Heaves News Release
South Burlington, VT - Anthony Kyle, a 5'9" point guard has joined the Vermont Frost Heaves. Anthony is a very quick point guard who knows how to run a team and has a solid jump shot that makes him very hard to guard.
A native of Elkhart, Indiana, and a graduate of Division II Miles College, Anthony has played extensively in minor league basketball across the US. Most recently, he was a member of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA D-League and last spring was a member of the Battle Creek Knights where he played in 26 games and averaged 3.5 points per game along with 1.7 rebounds per game and 3.2 assists per game.
The Frost Heaves begin a two game road trip this weekend taking on the Quebec Kebekwa tonight in Quebec City and then traveling to Montreal to take on the Sasquatch at 7:30 Saturday Night. The Frost Heaves return home for a Saturday Afternoon game on January 31, in Barre against the Halifax Rainmen, and then a rematch with the Sasquatch in Barre on Sunday February 1. February 1 will be BUMP's birthday celebration with the always entertaining mascot five on five game at halftime.
Tickets for all Frost Heaves games are available at the Flynn Box Office in person, by calling 802-86-FLYNN or online at www.flynntix.org. Tickets for Barre games only are also available at Allen Lumber in Barre and First in Fitness in Montpelier. For more information go to vermontfrostheaves.com.
