Friday's Ottawa Lynx Game Postponed

Friday's game between the Ottawa Lynx and the Louisville Bats was postponed due to inclement weather.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow, April 8th with game one starting at 1:05 pm. The second game will follow approximately 25 minutes after the completion of the first game. Both of tomorrow's games will be seven innings in length.

Any person with tickets to tonight's postponed game can redeem them for any other game during the 2006 regular season, based on availability.

Probable pitchers for tomorrow's doubleheader:

Saturday vs. Louisville, 1:05 p.m. Ottawa RHP Cory Morris (8-5, 3.03 at Double-A Bowie) vs. Louisville LHP Mike Gosling

Saturday vs. Louisville, Game #2 Ottawa LHP Brian Burres (9-6, 4.20 at Double-A Norwich) vs. Louisville To Be Announced

Saturday's doubleheader will also be Kids Opening Day at the Ballpark, which will be fun for the whole family! There will be mascots and Star Wars characters on the concourse, and the first 500 children will receive a free postcard of Lynx pitcher John Stephens. Also, kids can stay after the game and run the bases! (weather permitting)
