Harrisburg Senators News Release
Harrisburg, PA - Metro Bank Park is the place to be on Friday nights as the Senators celebrate their historic 25th Anniversary season. Today the Harrisburg Senators are pleased to announce that for a second consecutive season Fridays are Flatscreen and Fireworks Friday nights. The Senators are again giving away a flat screen TV every inning of every Friday night game during the 2011 season.
Fans 18 and older have the opportunity to leave Metro Bank Park with a flat screen TV. The Senators are giving away 99 flat screen TVs over the course of the season. To win a TV, fans must be at least 18. All they have to do to win is fill out a sign-up form that evening and wait to see if their name is drawn as a lucky winner.
In addition to the flat-screen TVs, every Friday night game ends with a spectacular fireworks show. The Sens fireworks displays create breathtaking light shows that fans of all ages have enjoyed over the years.
Gates open at 5:30pm for every Friday night game this season giving fans an opportunity to park early, walk around the boardwalk, try out the delicious food, and watch a little batting practice. What better way to end the work week than by catching a ballgame on City Island on Friday night
Fans wishing to improve their chances at winning a TV are encouraged to purchase a Friday night ticket plan. The plan starts at $105 and includes all 11 Friday night games, opening night and July 4!
The historic 25th season of Senators baseball opens on Thursday, April 7 at 7:00pm against the Bowie Baysox (Orioles). Season tickets, mini-plans, and group tickets are available by either going online at www.senatorsbaseball.com or by phoning the Senators at 717-231-4444.
