Friday Night's Mallards Game Available Via Audio Webcast

MOLINE**, Ill.** (November 9, 2011) -* Coverage of this Friday night's game between the Quad City Mallards and Wichita Thunder will be available via free audio webcast on the Mallards' website, myqcmallards.com, and will not be broadcast on Fox Sports Radio 1230, the Mallards have announced.

Friday night's game in Wichita is one of a limited number of Mallards regular season contests that will not be heard on AM 1230 due to conflicts with University of Illinois basketball and football. Online audio coverage of Friday evening's tilt will begin at 7:00 p.m. Mallards broadcaster Brian Lavelle will provide play-by-play.

Mallards Hockey Presented by Genesis Power Sports Performance will return to Fox Sports Radio 1230 Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. when the Flock visits the Tulsa Oilers.

The Mallards next play at home next Tuesday, November 15 at 7:05 p.m. against the Bloomington Blaze. That game is the Mallards' first "$2 Tuesday" of the season. Soft drinks and beer will be available for $2 at i wireless Center concession stands during each of the Mallards' Tuesday night home games this season.

Single game tickets are also available at the i wireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free. The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period. Individual game tickets are available for $12 in the upper level and $17 in the lower level.
