December 2, 2021 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release
DANBURY, CT - The Danbury Jr Hat Tricks of the NAHL are back home today after playing the last four games on the road. They will open up a series with the Johnstown Tomahawks tonight at Danbury Arena.
Johnstown currently sits in fourth place in the NAHL East, holding a 10-point advantage over the Hat Tricks, who currently sit in 7th. The two teams have met twice this year splitting both series. The Hat Tricks won an overtime contest and were blanked back in October at Danbury Arena and won a 5-4 contest and lost 6-3 just two weeks ago in Johnstown.
The Hat Tricks are coming off of splits with the Maryland Black Bears and the New Jersey Titans and have been playing their best hockey of the campaign over the past few weeks.
"Consistency is key for us," said Head Coach Billy McCreary about his team's results over the past few weeks. "Consistency is key for us and we need to find that this weekend."
Also, come out to the game and hang out with the Danbury Hat Tricks of the Federal Hockey League! We will be hosting a meet and greet in the Axe Tricks Lounge. The event will start at 7 p.m. and run through the end of the NAHL game.
The Hat Tricks will play game one tonight at 8 p.m. and follow it up with a matinee game on Friday at 3 p.m.
You can buy tickets on our website or at the front gate of Danbury Arena. If you can't make it out to the game, make sure to follow along with all the action live via HockeyTV or online via our social media channels.
