The 6'0", 195 lb. Testa-Basi had 27 total points (11 goals and 16 assists) in 54 regular season games, and he appeared in six playoff games. The Ottawa, ON native was the Titans third-round pick in the 2021 NAHL supplemental draft,
"Playing for the Titans has been an opportunity that has not only made me a better athlete but a better individual as well" said Testa-Basi. "I would like to thank my parents, teammates, coaches, friends and rink staff for their continued support throughout my hockey pursuits. Winning the Robertson Cup with this group is an experience that will last a lifetime and I wish nothing but the best to the entire organization moving forward" stated Testa-Basi.
"We are so proud of Rocco on announcing his commitment to Connecticut College" stated Titans head coach and general manager Craig Doremus. "Rocco is an extremely mature young man who knew what his goal was in hockey and in life. Rocco made huge contributions to our team throughout the season showing his true value in his ability to play and contribute in a number of different roles. His work ethic, passion and tenacity were key elements to our forward group. His ability to battle back and through a severe ankle injury late in the year helped us battle through the playoffs and get to the finals. Connecticut College is getting a player who is ready to step in and play a significant role on day one. We wish Rocco and his family all the best and we look forward to following his college hockey career" concluded Doremus.
Connecticut College is in New London, CT. The Camels are coached by Jim Ward.
