"This is a crucial signing for us," said Sauter. "Hallett is a player who has proven that he can score goals, play physical if he needs to, but more importantly, he shows up every night to play. His hard work and ability to score will be an asset for our hockey club."
"I'm excited to be a part of this organization," said Hallett. "I couldn't believe that the Blazers were interested in having me come to Oklahoma City to play. Having played in Tulsa for two seasons, I am familiar with the facility in Oklahoma City and the great fan support of the team. I'm pumped to play in Oklahoma City for the Blazers."
The addition of Hallett brings the number of players signed by the Blazers for the 04-05 season to 11.
