Due to Forge FC's participation in Concacaf League Round of 16, the Canadian Premier League has made the following two changes to Forge FC's CPL fall competition schedule:

Wednesday, September 18 at 6:30 p.m. ADT (5:30 p.m. EDT)

York9 FC vs. Forge FC at York Lions Stadium (Toronto, ON)

Wednesday, August 28

Saturday, October 12 at 3:30 p.m. EDT
