Cleveland Force News Release
FORCE STREAKS:
Defender Hector Marinaro has recorded at least a block in 12 straight games. In addition, Marinaro has scored at least a point in 61 of the last 63 games.
Rookie forward Adauto Neto has scored a goal in each of his first six game this season. Neto did not play in the last game due to an ankle injury.
LIGHT SABRE NIGHT:
The Force for the second straight season will present Light Sabre Night sponsored by University Hospitals Health System. The first 2,500 fans in attendance for the Friday, November 28th game versus the Major Indoor Soccer League Defending Champion and Eastern Division foe Baltimore Blast will receive a light sabre courtesy of University Hospitals. The game is scheduled to start at 7:35 p.m. but please arrive early in order to ensure that you receive a light sabre.
HOLIDAY FEVER:
Force fans start your holiday shopping off right! All fans (18 & older) who attend the Force game on Friday night will receive a Gift Card courtesy of Beachwood Place. One lucky card will carry a balance of $1,000 toward a shopping spree at Beachwood Place. Fans must take their card to Beachwood Place and have it scanned to see if they are the winner!
EASTERN SHOWDOWN:
The Force will look for its first win of the season versus Eastern Division opponents this Friday when the Baltimore Blast make their first trip of the season to the Convo. Cleveland is currently 0-2 versus Eastern Division opponents as the team has dropped decisions in Philadelphia and Baltimore earlier this month.
FORCE COACH'S SHOW:
The Cleveland Force Coach's Show will air on its new time slot this Thursday, November 27th. The show will now air from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on WKNR as Head Coach Andy Schmetzer and a Force player will join Al Pawlowski to discuss last week's action as well as strategies and scouting reports for future opponents.
POST-GAME HEADQUARTERS:
The Cleveland Hilton Garden Inn and Harvey's Bar is the official post game party headquarters of the Cleveland Force. After every home game, Force players will be in attendance to talk with fans as well as sign autographs. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 1100 Carnegie Avenue between the Convocation Center at CSU and Jacobs Field. The Force players will arrive 30-45 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
