The Fargo Force used great special teams, a four-goal second period, and a great goaltending performance by Ryan Massa to pick up a 5-0 win over the Tri-City Storm to complete the sweep. Massa, who was making his first appearance of the year for the Force, stopped 22 shots in picking up the shutout win.

Nate Schmidt had a big night on offense for the Force. He was in on three goals as he picked up two assists and a tally of his own. He set up the first goal of the night when Fargo was a man down. Nate Condon put the puck in the net shorthanded with just 14 seconds left in the first period. The shorthanded goal proved to be enough for the Force.
