
Force Announces 2004-05 Full Season Schedule

CLEVELAND, OHIO-The Cleveland Force along with the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) today announced the 2004-05 season schedule that will feature 40 games (20 home and 20 road). In addition, to the schedule the MISL announced that this season there will be three divisions consisting of three teams. The divisions are the Eastern, Central and Western.
Cleveland will play in the Eastern Division along with two-time defending MISL Champion Baltimore Blast and the Philadelphia KiXX. The Central Division will be comprised of the expansion Chicago Storm, Milwaukee Wave and St. Louis Steamers while the Western Division will feature the Kansas City Comets, Monterrey Fury and San Diego Sockers.
The Dallas Sidekicks, the 2003-04 Western Division Champion, will be inactive for the upcoming 2004-05 MISL season but has plans to return for the 2005-06 season along with the expansion California Cougars.
The Force will open the 2004-05 season at the Convocation Center at Cleveland State University when they will take on the Philadelphia KiXX at 7:05 p.m. Cleveland will hit the road for the first time on Wednesday, November 3 when they travel to Chicago, Illinois to take on the expansion Chicago Storm at the UIC Pavilion. Force fans will get their first look at the Storm on Saturday, November 6 at 4:05 p.m.
