Montreal, January 16, 2004 - The Montreal Alouettes will be lacing up the skates again this year for their annual hockey tour. Next Sunday will mark their first outing of the season as they face the Beauharnois Minor Hockey Federation at André Richard Arena located at 866 Gerard Cadieux Boulevard. The players will be available from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for autographs, the game is set to begin at 1 p.m..
This week the Alouettes players on the roster include Sylvain Girard, Paul Lambert, Bryan Chiu, Philippe Girard and Luke Fritz. Alumni players such as Glen Keeble (1981-1986), Larry Titley (1985), George Martin (1982-1983) and Marc Lacelle (1981-1982) will also be playing this Sunday.
For the seventh consecutive season, fans throughout Quebec will get the opportunity to meet, interact and play against the Alouettes players as they tour the province. The profits generated by this event will be donated to the Alouettes community and education programs.
Here is the season's schedule. Players are available for autographs for the first half hour upon their arrival, the game will begin one hour after the time that appear below.
