Flyers Double Up Silver Sox, 6-3

Reed Dickert pitched seven solid innings in a 6-3 victory over the Reno Silver Sox at Goodwin Field in the first Internet TV broadcast in Flyers history.

The game was broadcast live on streaming video through iBNsports.com.

Dickert received clutch two-RBI hits from Dave Bacani and Brett Thomas. They also received an RBI hit from Scott Goodman and an RBI groundout by Bret Levier.

Ezequiel Ruvalcaba pitched two innings of relief to end the three-game losing streak.

Dickert added to his league leading strikeout total with nine. He now has 105 strikeouts on the year.

The Flyers moved back above .500 at 15-14 in the second half.

Saturday night's game will be a 6 p.m. start against the St. George RoadRunners on iBNsports.com and KWRM 1370 AM radio.
