Flurry of Transactions Alter Atlanta Roster

DULUTH, Ga. - The Atlanta Gladiators announced today that Providence of the AHL has recalled A.J. White and added Brock Higgs via loan while the Boston Bruins have reassigned Z ane McIntyre to the P-Bruins. Additionally, forward Thomas Frazee has been loaned to the AHL's San Antonio Rampa ge.

Higgs earns his third AHL stint after the Kingston, ON native has posted five goals and 22 assists in 23 games played in Atlanta thus far. The third year pro's 22 helpers leads the ECHL while his 27 points currently ranks third in the league and second on the Gladiators. Higgs' two previous stops in the AHL came with the Worcester Sharks in 2013-14 and last year for the San Antonio Rampage.

Frazee joins the Rampage after he attended training camp in San Antonio prior to the start of the season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound forward welcomes his second career AH L call up after st arting the 2016-17 campaign on pace for a career year. The North Vancouver, BC product places third on the Gladiators in goals with 10 in 23 contests following last season's 16 tallies in 71 games. Frazee has solidified his all-around game as well as he has compiled a rating of plus-seven which ranks second on the Gladiators.

White heads back to Providence where he began the season and appeared in one game for the P-Bruins. In his time with Atlanta, the rookie forward scored his first professional goal and added five assists in 18 games. McIntyre completes his two game stop with the Gladiators where he posted a goals-against average of 1.99 and .931 save percentage.

In addition, the Gladiators anticipate rookie goaltender Dan Vladar will be reassigned to Atlanta by the Boston Bruins from Providence later this week. In his six game stint with the P-Bruins, the 19-year old Czech netminder did not lose a game in regulation with a 3-0-2 record to go along with an impressive goal s -against average of 2.84 and .914 save percentage. Vladar made two starts for the Gladiators in his previous trip to Atlanta going 1-0-0-1 giving up six goals on 66 shots.
