TODAY'S GAME: Game one of a three-game series against the Dunedin Blue Jays at Osceola County Stadium...Game five of a 10-game homestand against the Daytona Tortugas, Blue Jays, and Tortugas (1-3)...Florida is coming off a 1-3 series defeat to Daytona to open the second half...Third of four series (10 games) against the Toronto Blue Jays' affiliate, including four at Osceola County Stadium (3-1)...Florida lost the only game played at home against Dunedin on May 29...The Fire Frogs went 5-8 against the Blue Jays in 2017, including

TODAY'S STARTING PITCHER: 20-year-old Ian Anderson makes his 14th start of 2018 in game one of the three game series against the Dunedin Blue Jays on Tuesday night...The 6'3" hurler came into the campaign as the Atlanta Braves fifth-ranked prospect in both Baseball America and MLB.com, and is the 42nd- (Baseball America) and 51st- (MLB.com) overall rated prospect in baseball...The native of Rexford, N.Y. suffered his fourth loss of the season in a rubber match against the Jupiter Hammerheads at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium on June 20...The right-hander allowed two runs on seven hits and a walk, while setting a season-high with eight strikeouts across six frames in the quality start on 92 pitches (63 strikes)...Tuesday will be Anderson's first career start against the Blue Jays.

FLORIDA STYMIED IN LOSS TO DAYTONA: The Florida Fire Frogs took another early lead against the Daytona Tortugas on Sunday morning, but could not come away with a victory in a 6-1 loss at Osceola County Stadium to wrap up the opening series of the second half. The Fire Frogs dropped three of the four contests against the Tortugas, and are now 5-11-5 in series play in 2018.

The Fire Frogs grabbed an early lead with an RBI single from Ray-Patrick Didder in the second for their fourth lead of the series, but surrendered two in the fourth, three in the third, and one more in the eighth to fall by the final tally.

THE OFFENSE RUNS THROUGH ME: Ray-Patrick Didder did not score on Sunday, but did drive home the lone run of the day for the home team...The shortstop crossed the plate four times over the four-game series, and brought two runners home against Daytona...The native of Aruba accounted for six of the Fire Frogs' 10 runs in the last three contests, attributing...The speedster also picked up a stolen base in game four, making him 17-for-18 in that category in 2018.

START YOUR ENGINES!: Despite dropping three of the four games against the Tortugas, the Fire Frogs' starting pitchers performed well to start the second half against first-half champs...Joey Wentz, Kyle Muller, Jeremy Walker and Tucker Davidson combined to allow seven runs, but only four were earned across 21 innings...Wentz and Muller shut out Daytona during the first two games of the series over 10 innings.

LOOKING FOR THE BIG HIT: The Fire Frogs finished with two hits with runners in scoring position in the series finale, but only one of those knocks brought a run home...Over the course of the four-game set, Florida finished 6-for-34 with opportunities to drive home a runner, but combined to go 1-for-20 during one-run losses on Thursday and Saturday.
