Sacramento Republic FC News Release
Support Republic FC's Winter Wishlist with donations to Robla School District, or purchase an Indomitable City Scarf with 100 percent to help purchase coats & toys for kids
One of the holiday seasons' most important days is upon us - Giving Tuesday. Republic FC has teamed up with Raley's and KHTK to host a series of toy and coat drive and donations to benefit students of Robla School District.
There are various ways to give to this much-needed cause to keep Robla students engaged during the pandemic. Donations to the Robla School District in North Sacramento will directly benefit 2,300 students effected by the pandemic as more than 90% of the student's families live at or below the federal poverty line, 20% of the students do not have a permanent address, broadband, and internet connectivity, and there are no social or health services available in their own community.
Through the Winter Wishlist donation drive, Republic FC fans and friends can help keep kids warm, provide a toy that will spark joy during the holiday season. New, unwrapped toys for children aged 5-12 years old and new coats/jackets (with tags) for children aged 5-12 years old are being accepted around the region.
Details can and drop off locations can be found at SacRepublicFC.com/Wishlist. Don't forget about Republic FC's drive-thru donation drop on Thursday, 12/17 at The Main Gate at Cal Expo - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can also provide a direct monetary donation to help purchase coats and toys here.
