
Flame Gets Hot With Jones Again

GREENVILLE, S.C., January 20 - The Florida Flame has reacquired guard Torrian Jones from the NBA Development League available player pool. The Flame's roster now stands at nine.
Jones, a second-year pro from Notre Dame, was the Flame's 10th round (73rd overall) selection in the 2005 NBA D-League Draft. He was released by the Flame before playing a game on November 10. In 123 collegiate games at Notre Dame, Jones averaged 4.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
His previous professional experience was a 30-game stint with the Westchester Wildfire of the USBL in 2005 where he averaged 12.5 points and 4.6 rebounds.
