Port Huron Flags News Release
Game Recaps
Friday, Jan. 12 Port Huron 2 @ Rockford 6
Rockford scored the first three goals of the night before Garett Cameron and Colt King netted markers for the Flags. Rockford followed with four unanswered points that gave them their first season victory against the Flags.
Saturday, Jan. 13 Port Huron 5 @ Bloomington 6
Colt King gave the Flags the lead less than a minute into the game, which was answered with a Bloomington power play tally. Trevor Edwards and Bobby Kukulka's goals sandwiched the second PrairieThunder mark of the night. The home team notched four in the second period, before Jeremy Tucker and T.J. Sakaluk netted goals. Bloomington's defensive stand in the third kept the Flags from tying the game.

Upcoming Games:
Friday, Jan. 19 @ Flint Generals
Saturday, Jan. 20 vs. Kalamazoo Wings (Home)
The Flags finish up their 4-game road stretch on Friday when they face the Flint Generals in Perani Arena. On Saturday, they return to McMorran to host the Kalamazoo Wings. These will be critical conference match-ups for the Flags, who have slipped below Flint and Elmira in the standings. Injuries have taken their toll on the team and the boys will have to be extra sharp on both ends of the arena to pull out two much-needed victories. Penalty killing will be the game-breaker, as opposing teams netted 7 power play goals this past weekend.
