First-Place Quakes Open Three-Game Home Stand Tonight

July 20, 2010 - California League (CalL1)
Rancho Cucamonga Quakes News Release

Your first-place Rancho Cucamonga Quakes open a three-game home stand tonight, as fans get their first look at the Bakersfield Blaze, the Cal League affiliate of the Texas Rangers. The Quakes recently wrapped up a six-game road trip, taking two of three in Bakersfield and going 3-3 on the trip overall. The Quakes have also made a number of roster moves over the last week. No roster move has brought more attention than the addition of 18-year-old Mike Trout, who debuted in Bakersfield last week and will make his home debut at The Epicenter later tonight. This home stand is just three games long, but has plenty going on...

Tuesday, July 20th - Tuesday night is GIVE Recycle Tuesday, as fans are encouraged to bring ten recyclable cans or bottles with a valid CRV and receive a free Club Seat. Fans can also enjoy the KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets promotion, where fans are invited to bring a KRAFT Singles package wrapper to the game on Tuesday, for a buy-one-get-one ticket offer. Game time for game one of the three-game series against the Blaze is 7:05pm and gates open at 6:05pm.

Wednesday, July 21st - Set your alarm a little earlier on Wednesday and join us for our final "early game", as the Blaze and the Quakes will play under the daytime sun, with first pitch scheduled for 10:35am. We'll be "beating the heat" with all kinds of promotions that could potentially cool you down! Gates open at 9:35am.

Thursday, July 22nd - This brief three-game home stand wraps up on Thursday, with another Buffalo Wild Wings Thirsty Thursday, as fans will enjoy $3 premium 16-oz beers, $2 domestic 16-oz beers and $2 20-oz Coca-Cola products throughout the night, thanks to Buffalo Wild Wings and X103.9 .
