Anchorage, AK; September 10, 2010 - The Alaska Aces are having their First Annual Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, September 18, 2010. The event will be held from 10am to 2pm at the Aces Office located at 724 E. 15th Ave. The sale will feature discounted merchandise, team memorabilia, and gently used hockey equipment.
Available merchandise will be clearance items from the 2009-2010 season, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and many other collectables. Team memorabilia includes photos, head shots, game tapes and pucks. An assortment of helmets, gloves, socks and goalie gear will also be part of the sale.
The preseason "Purple with Purpose" games are set to take place on October 5th and 6th vs. the Stockton Thunder. Tickets for these games go on sale to the general public on September 18th and pre-ordered tickets will be available for pickup as well.
The Alaska Aces are currently in preparation for their 16th professional season of hockey. The 2010-2011 campaign begins on October 15th at the Sullivan Arena. Season tickets and corporate packages are currently available. Mini-Game ticket packages start at just $111 for the season and are currently available through the Aces office. 2010-11 Alaska Aces season tickets remain on sale at the team headquarters, located at 15th & Gambell, between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
