Firebirds Host "Fire Sale" as Single Game Tickets Go on Sale September 5th at 11:00 a.m.

The 2023-24 Flint Firebirds season officially begins tomorrow at Flint Iceland arena as the Flint Firebirds kick off their annual Training Camp.

"We're looking forward to another training camp in Flint," Head Coach Ted Dent said. "It's always great to see the familiar faces and new players in one place again. We know the season begins tomorrow, and we'll be out there working hard all week, and all of September in preparation for the year."

Almost 50 returning players and prospects will be divided into two teams and will partake in practices and scrimmages over three days at Flint Iceland Arena. Training Camp will be CLOSED to the public until Thursday, August 31 when the annual Blue vs. White Game is set to take place at 9:00 a.m. The game will be free to attend.

"We're looking forward to the start of our season here with training camp," General Manager Dave McParlan said. "It is an exciting time and puts all prospects and returning players together on the same ice. It is an opportunity for staff to evaluate each player and look to improve on past successes, as the ultimate goal is for the organization to ice one of the most competitive teams in our league."

After the conclusion of Training Camp, the Firebirds will play four preseason games during September in preparation for the regular season. The lone preseason home game for the Firebirds takes place at Flint Iceland arena on Sunday, September 10th at 4:00 p.m. against the Windsor Spitfires.

The Flint Firebirds are now a month away from the regular season! They return to action on Friday, September 29 at 7:07 p.m. against the Soo in the GFL Memorial Gardens and for the Home Opener against the Kitchener Rangers at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30.

Flint Firebirds Season Memberships remain on sale! Memberships start as low as $408 for the full season. Benefits for full-season membership holders include FREE parking ($340 value), $102 of ticket savings for all of the 2023-24 season, (4) complimentary tickets to regular-season games in Saginaw, (2) buddy vouchers to bring a friend to any Firebirds' game, any game unused ticket redemption and an exclusive invitation to team and player events.

Single-game Tickets go on sale September 5th at 11:00 a.m.on Etix.com and at the Dort Financial Center Box Office. The Flint Firebirds will be hosting a "Fire Sale," all fans who purchase a pair of Silver or Gold Level Tickets to the Home Opener on September 30th at the Dort Financial Center Box Office will receive a FREE T-shirt at the Birds' Nest. The offer is valid only on September 5th and 6th at the Dort Financial Center Box Office. Additionally, the Birds' Nest will be having a storewide sale on merchandise, game pucks, game-used items, and MUCH more from September 5th to the 8th.

The Dort Financial Center Box Office and Birds' Nest will be open for special hours on September 5th and 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It will return to regular business hours (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) on September 7th and 8th.
